Download
Once you have found your preferred design, the next step is to purchase and download the drawings. This quick and simple process ensures you can save time and money trying to get a custom design created. -
Speak with your architect
With your design downloaded, you can then start engaging with your local architect or structural engineer. This will let them review the plan and compare them with any local regulations. All of our designs can be easily and quickly adjusted to suit these requirements, ensuring your builder does not need to start from scratch. -
Check Permissions
Some of our designs will not require any planning permission, but this can vary depending on your location, so we always recommend speaking with your local authority before commencing any work. -
Purchase your construction plans
Once all planning permission has been granted, you can then purchase our detailed construction drawings. These will then need to be reviewed and edited by the architect who will be supervising the construction. These plans can also be utilised to help you secure initial quotations from a building contractor.
